Are your treats really human-grade?
Yes! We use only high-quality ingredients that you would find in your own kitchen, like real peanut butter, wholesome grains, and natural fruits. We avoid artificial preservatives, fillers, and colors because we believe dogs deserve the same level of ingredient transparency and quality as humans do.
Where are your treats baked?
All of our treats are handcrafted with love in Clarion, Pennsylvania. We bake in small batches to maintain a high level of quality control and freshness. This local, artisanal approach allows us to personally oversee the creation of every single bone and celebratory treat we ship out.
Are your treats safe for all dogs?
Our treats are made with dog-friendly ingredients, but always check with your vet if your dog has allergies or dietary restrictions.
How should I store my treats?
Our treats are best consumed within 3–4 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Since we use zero artificial preservatives, avoid moisture or humid areas to ensure every bite stays crisp and safe.

Yes! If you're local and need a different pickup time or have a special request, we’re happy to try to accommodate when possible.

Shipping Times
Most orders are baked, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once on its way, USPS usually delivers your treats in 2–4 days depending on your location.

Return Policy
Because our treats are perishable, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your treats ship. You can monitor your package from our kitchen to your porch.
